A: You will need a signed contract and a paid non-refundable retainer. While you do get first right of refusal for your date (only applicable if we have had a meeting), no date is secured without your completed contract and paid retainer. Should another client inquire to book for the same date, you will be given 48 hours notice before the date is released to the other client.
Q: What do I need to do to secure my date?
A: You will receive a link to an online private, password-protected gallery. From there you can view & download your images and even shop in your gallery store for prints, wall art and photo albums.
Friends and family can view the gallery if you share the link/password with them. They can shop the gallery store too!
Q: How will my images be delivered?
A: Yes! All photo galleries have a store, from which you can directly purchase prints, wall art and even DIY *photo albums. No need to load your images, they are all right there! You can even see product samples with your images in real time.
*Custom albums are available for purchase, if you don't want to DIY.

Q: Do you sell prints and albums?
A: I understand, things happen. I'll do my best to work with you to find a new date that works for both of us. A new non-refundable retainer will be required to secure your new date, along with an updated signed contract. Any monies paid (outside of your original retainer) will be transferred to your new date. Any remaining balances will be updated to reflect your new date.
**There are no rescheduling fees for portrait sessions, unless you are a no-show.
Q: What if I need to reschedule?
A: If you cancel more than 30 days before your event, any monies paid (excluding your non-refundable retainer, and any travel fees that may have occurred) will be refunded and any future payments owed will be void.
Should you cancel less than 30 days before your event, any outstanding payments will still be owed and no refunds will be given.
